She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvey Phillips and Grace Agnes Phillips (Gardner); her son Jerry Stiebner; and her siblings, Homer Phillips, Harold Phillips, Lawrence Phillips, Barbara Montgomery, Beulah Newman, Thelma Bray and Alma Oakley.
She is survived by: her son Carl A. Stiebner of Deland, Illinois; her grandson Cody Stiebner of Deland, Illinois; and her nieces, Rita Collins (Bill) of Savoy, Theresa Montgomery of Farmer City and Pam Levinston Toledo (Gary). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
