It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randal P. Rose of Monticello, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Everett and Virginia Irene Rose (Morrison). He is survived by: his wife Linda Rose of Monticello; his children, Derrick Rose (Catherine) of France, Allyson Bisby (Doug) of Pawleys Island and Adriene Bowen (Shane) of Murrells Inlet; and his grandchildren, Grace, Hank Bisby, Jackson, Sawyer, Crosby Bowen, Julian and Maria Domanico.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home (215 E Washington St, Monticello, IL 61856). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centerville United Methodist Church, Kirby Medical Center, or Town Square Hospice.
