She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Sievers and Betty Jo Sievers (Swigart); and her brothers, Jim, Jerry, Tom and John.
She is survived by: her husband Clair Henry of Monticello; her daughter Kari Zamberletti of Monticello; her granddaughters, Isabel and Sophia Zamberletti; her stepchildren, Tammi Leischner of Monticello and Scott Henry (Angie) of Paxton; her stepgrandchildren, Madison McDavitt (RJ), Brittany Balk (Chandler), Nicholas Henry (Whitney) and William Henry (Sophia); and her brother Terry Sievers of Mansfield. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
