It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Allen Hendrix of Monticello, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, B. L. Hendrix and Ruby Hendrix (Robinson); his daughters, Terra Hendrix (Peggy Burton) of St Augustine, FL and Abby Puckett (Jamie) of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Greysen Puckett of Overland Park, KS, Aly Puckett of Tulsa, Garrett Puckett of O'Fallon, MO and Tate Hendrix (Tiyana) of Denver, Colorado.; his wife Connie Marquiss; and his brother Dennis Hendrix.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Student Ministry (to be used for Mission Trips and Student Camps).
