She is survived by: her son Duane R Cassout [Debbie] of Monticello, IL; her stepsons, Steve West [Marcia], Randy West [Anita] of Streator, IL., Chuck Cowell, Michael Cowell [Karen] and Rick Cowell; and her grandchildren, Christopher Ray Cassout, David Lee Cassout, Stephanie West Hawthorne, Staci West Hoerschgen, Tony West and Tiffany West Park.
