Drexel L. Harvey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Drexel L. Harvey of Moro, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Harvey and Veleta Harvey (Bingham); his wife Chiquita (Purdy); his sons, Richard "Rick" Harvey and Brett Harvey; and his siblings, Darla Panyik, Diane Sutton and Dan Harvey.
He is survived by: his daughter Nanette Galbraith (Bill) of Alton; his grandchildren, Mitchell Harvey (Alesha) of Palm Bay, FL, Justin Galbraith (Leah) of Edwardsville, Amanda Galbraith of Alton and Kasey Harvey of Chicago; and his great grandchildren, Emmalyn Harvey, Savannah Harvey and Kayleigh Galbraith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
