He is survived by: his mother Esther Evans (Kappler) of Jerseyville; his spouse Royal Douglas; his daughter Andrea Evans of Cottage Hills; his granddaughters, Sophia Buedel, Scarlett Buedel and Stella Rose Spitzmiller; his siblings, Regina Merriman of Jerseyville and Mark Evans of Jerseyville; his niece Charlene Mills of Jerseyville; his nephew Dallas Merriman of Jerseyville; his godchildren, Karla and Nathan Bontrager of Granite City; Michael Rorie.
Memorials are suggested to the Meadowbrook Assembly of God Church and will be accepted at the services.
