He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Sugg and Faye Sugg (Edwards); his mother-in-law Pamela; his known-mother Nelda Sugg (Bingham); his granddaughter Chelsea Royer; his brother Ronald Sugg; his brother-in-law Darrell Louder; and his nephew Josh Kern.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Sugg (Joe Cambron) of Meadowbrook, Jack "Duke" McCutcheon (Alissa) of Bettendorf, Joeli Lanigan (Kevin) of Elsah and Melodi Royer (Wayne) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Dylan Sugg (Paige Sparks), Wesley McCutcheon, Cady McCutcheon (Austin Speed), Lacie McCutcheon (Kaleb James), Jackie McCutcheon, Elizabeth Householder, Andrew Householder (Devin), Amanda Royer and Jeffrey Royer (Jennifer); his siblings, Shirley Louder of West Springfield, MA, Gary Sugg (Janie) of Greenville, Teri Kern (Steve) of Iuka, Mike Sugg and Mark Sugg (Natoma) of Mulberry Grove; his former wife Carol Rives of Greenville; and his pet Bunny Bo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friend.
