With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma D. Abner of Moro, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Musgrove and Viola Musgrove (Hardesty); her husband Robert C. Abner; her daughter Terri Abner; her sister Irma; her brother-in-law Joe Pierson; her nephews, Keith Pierson and Greg Pierson; and her brother-in-law Jerry Riley.
She is survived by: her son Bobby Abner of Moro; her sisters, Phyllis Riley of Jerseyville and Diane Cole of Godfrey; and her nephews, Kevin Pierson of Bethalto, Mark Coffman of Oklahoma and Bill Coffman of Wood River.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Homes - Bethalto (727 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
