She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Schwab, Nathan Schwab and Stacie Schwab; the father of her children Bradley Schwab (Brandy); her parents, Shelley Hert and Matthew Angi Sr. (Sara); her siblings, Alisha Blanton (John), Jeff Soulsburg and Matthew Angi Jr.; and her grandfather Larry Seibold (Sandy). She is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
