He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Maxine Duke, Russell and Tillie Halkyard. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Douglas Halkyard and Jeannine Halkyard; and his siblings, Dr. Scott Halkyard and Shellie Halkyard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
