She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald W. Hagen and Elnora A. Hagen (Lock); and her husband John E. Collins. She is survived by: her children, Marni Van Cleave (Jeff) and John G. Collins (Katy Synoga); and her grandchildren, Jacob Van Cleave (Allie), Ashley Seals (Josh), Zachary and Zoey Synoga.
