He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emmet and Nadine Maude Mettille; his brother Larry Mettille; and his sister-in-law Shirley Wagner (Mettille). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mettille (Benson); his daughters, Darlene Phillips (Patrick), Diana Thompson (Duane), Debbie Kravish (David), Della Coughlin (Joe) and Jerri Lynn Herzog (Brett); his grandchildren, Jennifer Walker (Jordan), Patrick Phillips (Trisha), Brent Thompson (Sarah), Angie McKinney, Michelle Murphy, Jessica Salgado, David Kravish (Ashton), Aaron Kravish (Justin), Kristi Hamilton (Ty), Keri Coughlin, Nathan Coughlin, Allison Kendra (Dustin), Morgan Homberg (Mike), Alec Wills (Katie) and Ryan Wills (Alexis); and his nephew Mark Mettille.
