He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Belt; Delight. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Belt (Cindy) and Joy Belt-Roselieb (Craig); his nephew Joshua Belt of Seattle Washington; and his nieces, Tara Larson (McTague) of Lemont, Jessica Strube (McTague), Jenna Belt (Finfrock) of Sycamore and Monica Belt (Frank).
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials should go to Heroes and Helpers or the 100 Club of Grundy County.
