He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Miesenhelder and Dorothy Suttcliffe; his wife Marlene Smeed; his daughter Sally Hager (John) of Wilmette, IL.; his grandchildren, Susan Heath (Nicholas), Ellen Hackett (Thomas), Michael and Mary; his close friend Phil; and his caregivers, Nikki, Sandy, Jessica, Ashley, Marissa, Tara, Hilary, Robin, Kim and Laura.
