He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mable; his children, Jamie Derment of Rutland, Jill Wiekert (Mitch) of Morris and Bob Bunton of New York; his grandchildren, Henry, Emily, Lizzie, James and Ann; his brother Lee Starks (Brooke) of Mahomet; his wife Joan Steffes; his father Donald Bunton; and his son-in-law Aaron Derment. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
