With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean M. Zimmerman of Morris, Illinois, born in Coal City, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Armstrong and Altha Armstrong (Hooper); her siblings, Martin, Robert Armstrong and Lynn Armstrong; her grandson Austin Zimmerman; and her stepfather Edmond Kilbride.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Zimmerman Sr. of Morris; her children, Christina Zimmerman of Morris, Jennifer Bates (Scott) of Lombard, Michael of Morris and Chad Zimmerman of Morris; her grandsons, Camdon and Jaxon Bates; her sister-in-law Nancy Armstrong of Morris; her nieces, Becky, Jodi Armstrong, Richelle Sandeno (late Todd) and Michelle Zenzie (Chris); and her close friend Janice Barendt. She is also survived by her family, grandchildren and many friends.
