He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel A. Phillips and Virginia Phillips (Wilkinson); his wife Vicki; his siblings, Betty Sterritt, Mary Currie and Tom Phillips; and his grandson Ean Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Nicki McKinney (Chad), Russel Phillips (April), Chandra Winsor (Jamie), Rob Phillips (Kelly) and Randy Phillips (Tammy); his grandchildren, Keegan, Konner, Kade McKinney, Avery, Gage Phillips, Kylie, Garrett Winsor, Cheyenne, Jaren, Lyla, Luke Phillips, Aidan Hayse, Ethan, Evan, Emma, Ivy and Onyx Phillips; and his siblings, Rodney "Bucky" Phillips (Chrissy), Ruth Ann Benson (James), Kathy Gibbons and Patti Anderson (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
