She is survived by: her husband Robert Schmitt; her children, George Kaluzny (Brianne), Robert Kaluzny (Brittney), Paul Kaluzny (Amanda), Chris Kaluzny (Katy), Jeff Schmitt (Sarah) and Brad Schmitt; her grandchildren, Robert David, Izzabella, Ezekiel, Emerlyn, Gabriella, Brice, Sebastian, Larkyn, Hudson, Carter, Theodore Kaluzny, Josh Porterfield-Schmitt (Amanda), Magdelyn, Eliott, Joseph and Anisa Schmitt; her father Robert Onderisin (Maggie); her siblings, Dan Onderisin (Danny), David Onderisin (Diana) and Cindy Bowman (Tim); and her brother-in-law Frank Schmitt (Claudette).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferrari Funeral Services (1044 Ferrari Dr, Coal City, IL 60416). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (195 S Kankakee St, Coal City, IL 60416).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Lightways Hospice Care Services or Just Animals Animal Shelter.
