She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Smith and Marguerite Smith (Albrecht); her husband David Dale Pierard; her grandson Dylan Pierard; her brothers, Hugh "Choppy" Smith and Ted "Pidge" Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Ernest Pierard (Esther), Edward Pierard and Alice Fedash (Tom).
She is survived by: her children, Marcie Miller (Bill) of Colorado Springs, Tracey Pierard (Sheri) of Coal City and Paul Pierard of Coal City; her grandchildren, Andrew Miller (Lizzie) of Golden, Anthony Miller of Lyons, Matthew Miller (Bianca) of Colorado Springs, Kyle Pierard (Melissa) of Coal City, Logan Pierard (Tori) of Morris and Talya Pierard of Coal City; her great grandchildren, Daphne, Lucia, Kathryn Margaret, Tessa, Jace and Wyatt; and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Smith of Coal City and Lorraine Pierard of Crossville, Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
