Nona Blanton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nona Blanton of Morris, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Nona and Dorothy Nona (Sewall); and her siblings, Jerry, Sylvester and Dorothy.

She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Blanton; her children, Jeff Blanton (Buffy), Myra Grachan (Matthew) and Melissa Carusi (John); her granddaughters, Alisha Emmons (Lloyd), Christina Pandolfi (Sam), Lauren Blanton and Megan Blanton; and her great grandchildren, Holly, Henry and Finley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United Methodist Church of Coal City in Nona's memory.
