Patrick J. Cassin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick J. Cassin (Morris, Illinois), who passed away on December 26, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cassin and Margaret Ottaman; and his siblings, Shirley Rickert (Tony) of Sun City, Florida, Jim Cassin (Lynn) and Diana Talarico (Frank).

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cassin of Goose Lake; his children, Liza Barrick (Jeremy) of Sparland and Ronald Cummins (Carrie) of Wilmington, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jaycie and Joshua Cummins; his brothers, Casey Sadowski (Gay) of Tuscon, Robert Sadowski (Deni) of Prosperity and Rich Wertin (Eileen) of Channahon; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, his incredible neighbors.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Pat's name to Lightways Hospice.
