He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Oswood and Mary Oswood (Carr); and his brothers, Tracey and Jim Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn West (Hougas); his stepsons, Robert West (Cindy) of Morris and Tom West of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Ryan, Haley Ripplinger (Dan) and Audrey West; and his siblings, Steven Marshall (Mary) of Joliet, Molly Daughty (Don) of Alabama and Melissa Swapp (Monte) of Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
