He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Slattery, Sr. and Barbara Slattery; and his brother Robert Ledford. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Josh Slattery (Meghan) and Nathan Slattery (Salwa); his grandchildren, Kendall, Paige and Lyla; and his siblings, Twila Payne (Al), Vic Slattery, Ray Slattery (Nancy), Kay Hart (Dan) and Terry Mundy-Coleman (Ron).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the U. C. Davis-Callahan Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Morris, IL 60450).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Tom's name to Lightways Hospice of Joliet or donor's choice.
