He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Kulaga (Michael) and Don Sticha (Liz); his grandchildren, Adam Kulaga (Talia), Jonathan Kulaga (Holly), Matthew Sticha, Mark Sticha, Missy Janicek (Cody), Rich Vlach (Elyse) and Dan Vlach; his great grandchildren, Owen, Wyatt Kulaga, Merritt, Baby, Jacob, Juliette, Stella Janicek, Madison, Danny Vlach and Millie Mae Vlach; and his wife LaVerne.
