He was predeceased by: his wife Ann J. Greeley; and his brother Bradley Eugene "Fat Jack" Van Horn. He is survived by: his sons, Shane Osborn (Denice) of Morrison, Chris Osborn (Maria Kempthorne) of Morrison and Chad Osborn (Karina) of Morrison; his grandchildren, Max, Evan, Cameron, Sarah, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Bricelyn and Brynlee; his great grandchildren, Kenryk, Kael, Avery and Adilyn; his brother Douglas Van Horn (Karen) of Pearl City, IL; and his close friend Joann McMullen of Sandwich, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
