Ballard (Bartels) of Prophetstown, IL; her husband Rodney W. Mills; her daughters, Casey-Michelle Mills of Morrison, IL and Stevie-Renee Carney of Morrison, IL; her grandchildren, Ryleigh-Lynn, Reid Hill, Morgan-Rae Carney and Greyson Church; her sisters, Wanda McCubbin (Brian) of Tiffin, IA and Jill Zuidema (Myron) of Morrison, IL; and her brother-in-law Rusty Mills (Kathy) of Morrison, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
