He is survived by: his siblings, Maurece "Morey" Johnson of Rensselaer, IN, Douglas Miller (Cheri) of Sterling, IL and Tina Miller of Morrison, IL.; his nieces and nephews, Whitney Smith (Josh), Kennedy Smith, Tyson Venema (Jill Reyna), Steven Neas (Jillian), Rosie Neas, Roman Neas, Abel Neas, Daryl Johnson (Chris), Sandy Garcia (Arnulfo), Laura Grist, Theo Grist, Jimmy Johnson (Marie), Shawn Johnson, Michele Foust (Jeff), Zac Foust, Alison Foust, Carlos Foust, Adam Miller (Kelli), Joseph Miller and Joshua Miller; and his caregivers, Pam, Eric, Patience, Lorraine and Dave.
A memorial has been established to CGH Health Foundation Dementia Project.
