She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Burke and Helen C. Burke (Sauer); her daughter Dr. Michele Lee Ashpole; and her siblings, Lois Frank, Patricia Tiesman, Billie Ebersole and John Burke.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Ashpole; and her children, Laura Hawk (Kent) of Erie, IL, Kim Vock of Sterling, IL, Bridget Schubert (Cary) of Mesa, AZ, Todd Ashpole (Marlene) of Geneseo, IL and Troy Ashpole of Lyndon, IL. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
