He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Houzenga and Edna Houzenga (Morgan); his wife Lorna Housenga; his daughter Tammy F. Faulkner; and his siblings, Roberta Jean Lane, Connie L. Wiebenga and Ronald Houzenga.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Houzenga (Wendy) of Morrison, IL; and his brother Gary Houzenga (Bette) of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
