She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald E. Zuidema and Patricia A. Zuidema (Knox); and her brother Mark "Woody" Woodward. She is survived by: her husband Opie; her children, Rebecca Temple (Justin) of Sterling, IL and Jarrod Covell of Fenton, IL; her grandchildren, Rylynn Temple, Jax Temple and Blaze Covell; her brother Vincent Zuidema (Sheila) of Morrison; and her stepmother Jean Zuidema of Clinton, IA. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
