She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Tiesman and Jennie Tiesman (DeWeerdt); her husband Ron; her daughter Cheryl L. Hanson; and her sister Sharon Walters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Zuidema (Todd) of Morrison and Jennifer Raser of Morrison; her grandchildren, Jamie Given, Shanna Given (Chad Pfister), Andrea Given, Colten Zuidema (Ashlyn May), Alex Raser (Caylee), Addison Housenga (Logan) and Kaylynn Alfrejd; her siblings, Mae Haan of Lansing, MI, Darlene Hook of Morrison, Cindy Krontz (Al) of Edwardsville, IL and Larry Tiesman (Judy) of Albany, IL; and her pet Rookie. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bosma-Renkes - Morrison Chapel (404 Lincoln Hwy, Morrison, IL 61270). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ebenezer Reformed Church (309 E Park St, Morrison, IL 61270).
A memorial has been established by the family.
