He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Braye and Betty Braye (Engelhart); his brothers, Mike Braye and Doug Braye; and his brother-in-law Larry McWard.
He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Sue McWard of Morrisonville, Brenda Walquist (Lynn) of Karnak and Belinda Ernst (David) of Harvel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
