He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Golitko (Charles) of Morrisonville, IL; his grandchildren, Dominic Golitko of Morrisonville, IL and Margaret Golitko of Morrisonville, IL; and his siblings, Janet Martin (Gary), Barbara Childers (Dick), Becky Long (Matt) and Jerry Busen.
