He was predeceased by : his wife Bernadette; and his sisters, Natalie and Luann Van Jepmond (Howard). He is survived by : his children, Joan Hoffman (Tim), Connie (Christopher Kravas) and E. J. (Janine); his grandchildren, Bernadette Robin (Matthew), Timothy, Michael and Daniel; and his sister Sandra Fricke (late Howard).
