He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Glen; his significant other Lee A. Bowman; his children, Eric Thompson (Amy) and Michele McFarland; his siblings, Beth Izold (late Dick) and Gayle Reed (late Jon); and his nephews, Brian (Amanda) and Matt Reed (Maria).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Haben Funeral Home & Crematory (8057 Niles Center Rd, Skokie, IL 60077).
