She is survived by: her father Allan Capati; her children, Ava of Morton, Vian of Morton, Maci of Morton and Ezra Siems of Morton; and her siblings, Aileen Bartolo (Matthew) of Peoria, Allan Ross Capati (Mikeal) of Springfield and Andrew Capati (Kristen) of Peoria. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
