She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lou Williams Fuller and Albert Charles Fuller; her husband Samuel J. Heer Sr.; her daughter Leslie Lynn Witt; and her brother Christopher Fuller.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina Taylor (Timothy); her grandchildren, Madeline Taylor, Nicholas Taylor and Camden Taylor; her son Samuel Heer, Jr. (Tracy); her grandchildren, Gabriella Heer and Samuel Heer III; her son-in-law Robert Witt Jr. (Leslie); her children, Andrew Witt, Alexandra Witt and Amelia Witt; her brothers, Chester Fuller (Bonnie) and Dan Fuller (Stacy); and her nieces and nephews, Sarah Maricle (Dyrke), Rebekah Fricke (Michael), John Fuller, Mathew Fuller, Amy Kiesel (Mark), Chase Fuller (Kelly), Al Fuller (Rachel), Taylor Fuller, Holly Ott (Jeff), Jeremy Heer (Sarah) and Jason Heer. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home (140 S Detroit Ave, Morton, IL 61550). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
