He was predeceased by: his parents, Federico Rivera and Petra Rivera (Marrero); his wife Ann Stone; his grandchildren, Nicholas Rivera and Lauren Cardamone; and his siblings, Cesar, Juan and Carmen.
He is survived by: his children, Carlos Rivera (Debbie) of Peoria, Charles Rivera of Maumelle, Linda Barth (Doug) of Morton and Paul Rivera (Lynette) of Maumelle, Arkansas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (1020 S First Ave, Morton, IL 61550). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Morton.
