She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Hamer and Marjorie Hamer (Hoerr); her siblings, Daniel Hamer and Mira McGee; and her nephew Paul Hennings.

She is survived by: her husband Bill of Morton; and her sister Carolyn Reeves (Tom) of Fairfield, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
