He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Weindel Bennett; and his brother Donald L. Bennett. He is survived by: his father Daniel Bennett; his stepmother Diane Bennett of Minier; and his brother Gary Bennett (Betty) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by five nephews.
