He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest L. Phillips and Mary Phillips; his wife Sharon Stein; his children, Scott Phillips (Holly) of Tremont, Rebecca McKnight of Deer Creek and Kimberly Oberlag (Clark) of Glen Carbon; and his siblings, Mary Ann Cashdollar of Morton, Richard Phillips of Morton and Marjory Kutnz of Eureka.
