He was predeceased by: his parents, John Owen and Ruth Douglas (Cunningham); his wife Rebecca "Becky" Embry; his son Randy; his sister Nancy; and his brother-in-law Don Embry.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad Douglas (Debbie) of Mackinaw and Neal Douglas (Erin) of Danvers, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany (Paul), Reece, Lexy, Cole and Natalie; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Carter and Kinzley; his sister Rowena Altic (Chuck); and his siblings-in-law, Dal Embry (Yvonne), Jerry Embry (Sharon), Terry Stone, Juanita McNeese (Everett) and Arlene Greiner.
Memorials may be made to Grace Church in Morton.
