He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stonewall and Pauline Stonewall (Steinley); and his sister Hope Michael. He is survived by: his wife Luanne Stonewall of Morton; his sons, Matt Stonewall (Jillian) of Geneva, Nate Stonewall (Meike Büscher) of Stockholm and Zach Stonewall of Chicago; his grandchildren, Devin, Grayson Stonewall and Tim Büscher-Stonewall; his brother Mark Stonewall (Georgetta) of Kingston Mines; and his niece Dawn Holzinger (Todd). He is also survived by his three boys and their friends.

Memorials may be made to Morton Methodist Church.
