As we bid Iris farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordus Vinson and Mary Vinson (Hendon); her husband David Frank; her sons, Steve and David; her grandson David; and her great grandchildren, Lacey and Cordus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Belsley (Larry) of Morton and Becky Beach (Terry) of East Peoria. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Peoria Mennonite Church (125 N Norwood Pl, East Peoria, IL 61611).
