She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordus Vinson and Mary Vinson (Hendon); her husband David Frank; her sons, Steve and David; her grandson David; and her great grandchildren, Lacey and Cordus.

She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Belsley (Larry) of Morton and Becky Beach (Terry) of East Peoria. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
