He is survived by: his wife Sue Hooker; his children, Ellen Henderson (Doug), Kent Hooker, Todd Hooker (Amie) and Stephanie Geerts (Eric); his grandchildren, Ryan (Rachel), Brandon (Sarah), Marissa (Cole), JT (Ashley), Kiley, Chloe, Aubrey and Taylor; his sister Lynette Gwinn (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Hooker and Bill Woods. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
