She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank Joseph; her children, Kara Joe Svoboda (Dane) and Brian Dominic; her granddaughters, Emma Marjorie Svoboda and Molly Gloria Svoboda; her brother John Allan Turner (Dianne); her nephew Seth Michael Turner (Lisa); her sister-in-law Cindy Sue Hall (Ruffatto); her nieces, Rona Shubert (Hall), Jana Petersen (Hall) and Dixie Malott (Burgess); her nephew Dennis Burgess; and her parents, F. A. Turner (Sam) and Helen Marjorie Turner (Bolton).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints' Episcopal Church (201 W Chicago St, Morton, IL 61550).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Janet's name to All Saints' Episcopal Church in Morton, IL, the New Building Fund for the Share Closet in Tremont, IL or Wildlife Prairie Park in Hanna City, IL.
