He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan John and Janet Coon (Cochran); his grandparents, Earl, Mabel Coon, William and Agnes Cochran; his parents-in-law, Norman and Barbara Collister; and his sister-in-law Janet Estes.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Coon of Morton; his daughter Jen Williams (Jerrod) of Grimes, Iowa; his granddaughter Sadie Cary (Kevin) of Grimes, Iowa; his great grandchild Kotah Speedie Cary; his brothers, Richard Coon (Mary) of Bettendorf and Gary Coon of Walnut, Illinois; and his brothers-in-law, Marshall Collister, Robert Collister (Jennifer), Russell Collister (Carol), Keith Collister (Teri), Phillip Collister-Murray (Greg) and Paul Estes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morton Methodist Church.
