She was predeceased by: her parents, Theophilus "Theo" Minger and Rose Minger (Belsley); her husband Richard Weber; her siblings, Samuel Minger, Michael Minger, Anna Leman, Ruth Hodel, Ellen Ulrich and Rachel O'Malley; and her niece Ann Hodel.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Zander (Gary) of Pekin, Julie Leuelling (Ron) of Denver, NC and Matthew Weber (Karen) of Weatherford, Texas; her grandchildren, Daniel Leuelling (Joanna) of Charlotte, N. C., Joseph Leuellling of Denver, N. C., Kyndell Zander (Shannon) of Pekin and Kaci Zander of Pekin; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Leuelling, Owen Spika, Scout and Vann Zander.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
