She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Andrew and Mary Bonita "Bonnie" Grimm (Helm); her husband Gregory "Greg" F. Sander; her siblings, Herbert Grimm Jr. and Phyllis Bohart; her brother-in-law Jerry Bohart; her sister Patricia Bozsoki; and her brother-in-law John Bozoski.
She is survived by: her children, Matt Sander (Mary) of Walton, KY, Tom Sander (Julia) of Washington, IL, Julie Strausbaugh (Ernie) of Metamora, IL, Joe Sander (Jennifer) of Morton, IL and Nate Sander (Cassie) of Westport, IN.; her grandchildren, Jenna, Jacob, Jessica, Joey, Lena, Grant, Jay, Emily, Ethan, Luke, Ryan, Jillian, Matthew, Garrett, Annie and Levi; her great grandchildren, Ezra, Elanor, Stella and Romy; her brother David Grimm (Mary) of East Peoria; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Grimm.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (1020 S First Ave, Morton, IL 61550). A rosary was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
